Founded in Spring of 2014 and based in New York City, Minetta Realty is dedicated to opening up the real estate industry to everyone. Our mission is to build a community of salespersons, each with his or her own goals, and each empowered to tap into the real estate market.

What most differentiates Minetta Realty from traditional firms is our open door policy – any validly licensed salesperson may use Minetta as a place to hang licenses, to dabble in the real estate industry, or to endorse a full-fledged real estate career. We believe this model reflects the realities of a changing real estate industry. Not only are the resources offered by traditional firms no longer prerequisites to success, but they are paid for with money that the salesperson has earned. The digital revolution has created unprecedented access to the market, providing free and powerful resources for people on the move, as well as those helping them along the way.
